hockey was good last night. overtime, still tied 1-1. the mighty ducks were hostile, despite their silly name. dewolf sucks, eddinger (or whatever his name was) sucks, and bannister sucks. also, norquay is about the most suckingest ref ever. there are only two more home games left this season. i think i should try to go to one of them.

after telling rob about my week from hell, he rescued me from my family. so i'm gonna stay over here at his place at least for the weekend. i feel like a bum, but he said it's fine or he wouldn't have offered it.

we took poohead to a "fat cat" contest this morning (at the pet store) and he won second place! the first place cat weighed in at 20 lbs, and guns was not far behind at 18 1/4 lbs. yay tubby! he won a free 8 lb bag of cat food for his effort. everyone laughed when he came out of the cat carrier to be weighed. the weighing lady said "come on, tubby!" and rob & i laughed to ourselves saying "she knows his name!" heh. i don't think he enjoyed his trip too much, but we never made him go back in the carrier and he seemed ok with going around the store in my arms. he got compliments, so i'm sure that made him even prouder of his butt.

rob's neighbor is here now, and i think we're going to go eat soon, so that's all i'm saying today.
